Join our Local Food Program Manager, Chef Stephanie Oelsligle, for a lively cooking class that celebrates summer ingredients and supports local farmers!
We will take a brief tour of the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program in Benicia then learn tips and tricks for storing ingredients and cooking seasonally from a CSA box. Chef Steph will prepare three simple sauces that pair well with summertime grilled meats, fish and veggies: Chermoula, Chimichurri and Romesco. Generous tastings and recipe packets will be included.
