Join U.C. Master Food Preservers as they share a variety of gift ideas and safely preserved foods that are fun to make and give. The Zoom workshop will highlight spice blends from around the world, all things citrus, popcorn seasoning, dried jerky recipes, salsas and other preserves. Experts in the class can answer all your canning questions, too. For $10, participants receive a PDF booklet featuring the recipes, while $20 gets the PDF, printed booklet and an embroidered dish towel.
