About Ann Ralph

Ann spent time at Berkeley Horticultural Nursery where she taught pruning classes, lopped bareroot saplings and managed the fruit tree department. Her book, Grow a Little Fruit Tree, is newly available from Storey Publishing. She started her journey at Scenic Nursery in Modesto and was converted with a zealous zest over to pruning little fruit trees by delicious samples of Arctic-Glo nectarines from a tiny fruit tree. She provides workshops on pruning–winter for shape, summer for height, and delights in having people leave her workshops confident in pruning and relieved that they don’t need a degree in agriculture to manage a fruit tree.

Make sure to stay for a potluck and social after too!
