Did you know that many fruit and vegetable scraps can magically regrow into a whole new plant? With a little love (and a bit of patience) you can turn the seeds, stems, and your otherwise discarded scraps into your own potted garden of food. While you are spending time at home, staying safe and healthy, why not explore new ways to reuse, recycle, and REGROW in this fun and informative webinar.

Join Mallory Traughber, a Bay Area environmental educator and vegetable enthusiast in this live presentation! She is the Program Director at Living Classroom, a garden-based education nonprofit where she partners with schools to start edible and native habitat gardens on campus. She teaches over 300 math, science, and social studies lessons in school gardens every year. Mallory’s background is in elementary education and has worked in environmental leadership with local nonprofits and summer camps for the past 14 years.
