She’ll make Fresh Peach Salsa and Cast-Iron Glazed Stone Fruit with Pistachios & Whipped Cream. Chef Steph will discuss best ways to store the ingredients, how to hasten ripening and where to find the fruit among Solano County’s specialty crop farmers.
