Take a culinary journey to sunny Spain in this class that features summer’s bounty of peppers, tomatoes and more! Sustainable Solano’s Local Food Program Manager, Chef Stephanie Jordan, will demonstrate two Spanish tapas recipes in this virtual, live cooking class: a flavor-packed Spanish Romesco Sauce (great on just about anything) and Gazpacho Andaluz, the classic chilled tomato soup. Variations on Gazpacho will also be discussed — from grilling select ingredients to adding fruit like watermelon.
