Chef Steph will walk you through how to put everything to use in your cooking, with a focus on beet greens, fennel fronds, carrot tops and the whole radish plant. Featured recipes in this class include Pan-Roasted Radishes with Radish Greens and a “wild card” recipe, depending on what shows up in her CSA box this week! She will also discuss best ways to store these ingredients and where to find them among Solano County’s specialty crop farmers.
