Go beyond ice pops and picnics with this versatile fruit and try a unique watermelon curry! Join guest chef Kristen James, culinary student at Diablo Valley College, as she makes a hearty yet delightful sauce that brings together traditional Indian spices and local, seasonal produce. Filled with summertime fruits and veggies, this watermelon curry can be poured over your favorite meat, vegetables, potatoes and more! This live, virtual class will be moderated by Sustainable Solano staff with information on where to source local produce and an audience Q&A at the end.
