Find out how to get involved in the NEW Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program at the Fairfield-Cordelia Library then learn tips and tricks for cooking with seasonal ingredients from a CSA box. Chef Steph will prepare three simple sauces that pair well with summertime grilled meats, fish and veggies: Chermoula, Chimichurri and Romesco. Generous tastings and recipe packets will be included.
