Create some delectable small bites from seasonal produce for your next holiday gathering! Join Chef Stephanie Oelsligle Jordan, Local Food Program Manager at Sustainable Solano, for a class on building a varied and tasty appetizer spread. Chef Steph will demonstrate Endive Salad Boats with Pear, Walnuts & Goat Cheese as well as Mini Spanakopita Phyllo Cups and discuss other filling options for both recipes. She will also talk through techniques for stuffed mushrooms, “make-ahead” strategies, plate presentation and where to source local produce for all your holiday needs.
