Take your Thanksgiving meal to a new level with some unique and flavorful condiments that go beyond basic cranberry sauce! This live, virtual class will be led by Laura Doyle, cooking instructor teaching privately and through the Davis Food Co-op Teaching Kitchen and the Peregrine School. Laura will demonstrate quick and easy recipes designed to brighten up your Thanksgiving menu including Sage Salsa Verde, Citrus Herb Compound Butter and a low-sugar Cranberry Sauce.
