We’ll discuss how this versatile and healthy recipe can be adapted to accommodate everyone from vegans to carnivores\, and how to stock it with fresh\, local produce. And if you love comfort food\, you can order it from Melissa! She is the owner of Enchanted Cottage Kitchen\, Vallejo’s first Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO)\, which offers prepared food made in a licensed home kitchen.
