Even though not all mushrooms are edible\, in this Growing Mushrooms 101 class you will be introduced a strain that is quite happy to grow in your garden and equally delicious and safe to prepare in your kitchen\, the King Strafarian or lovingly known in the mushroom community as the Garden Giant. You will learn about the science behind growing these delicious fungi\, some of their benefits and will walk through the process of inoculating a garden bed and pathways. Then take spores home to inoculate your own garden beds.
