Connect with inspiring speakers\, explore nature-based art installations\, and enjoy good food while discovering community-driven approaches to climate resilience in Solano County! \nThis special celebration marks the culmination of our inaugural Resilient Roots: Climate Leaders Network program. Our first-ever cohort of climate fellows will share their vision for building resilience through local action in Solano County\, as part of the 10-month climate education program. \nFeaturing keynote speaker Air Copeland\, experienced filmmaker\, storyteller\, and Executive Director of the Intersectional Environmentalist organization\, and inspiring panelists: Dr. Kerby Lynch\, Director of Research and Facilitation for Ceres Policy Research\, and youth activist and poet Aniya Butler\, Coordinator of the Youth vs. Apocalypse. \nSuisun City’s poet laureate Excalibur will bring his artistry to the conversation and conduct our morning program as an emcee. \nInvite your family\, friends\, and community members to enjoy the live performances\, food\, drinks\, activities\, raffles\, and much more.
