SUMMARY:(Online) Internship Certification
DESCRIPTION:6-7:30 pm over Zoom on Dec. 1\, 8 & 15 (must attend all three meetings) \nRegister here \nThese engaging certification sessions explore environmental challenges at a global\, community and individual level\, bringing the discussion to bear on youth leadership and engagement around environmental justice. Certification sessions are free to attend and open to any Solano high school student. Students do not need to apply for an internship to participate in the certification. \nThis upcoming certification will be held from 6-7:30 pm over Zoom on: \n\nThursday\, Dec. 1\nThursday\, Dec. 8\nThursday\, Dec. 15\n\nDuring certification\, students will participate in \n\nPachamama Alliance’s Awakening the Dreamer course and reflect on their vision for the world through a collage-art project\,\nOne Planet Living principles as a sustainability framework and approach to shaping personal action plans\, and\nLearn how to research environmental challenges within their communities.\n\nStudents will be asked to gather some supplies at home and can pick up supply kits for the collage project from Sustainable Solano. \nA Zoom link for the first meeting will be provided upon registration. \nLearn more about SuSol internship opportunities here: https://sustainablesolano.org/youth-engagement/ \nQuestions?
