This talk is part of the Vallejo Environmental Leadership Fellowship\, a high school internship program\, but will be open to interested members of the general public. SUMMARY:(Vallejo) Teen Cooking Camp & Farm Field Trip
DESCRIPTION:Get hands-on in the kitchen learning knife skills\, kitchen safety and basic cooking techniques. Teens will prepare a variety of seasonal recipes\, including stir-fries\, soups\, salads\, pasta\, tacos and more! One day includes a farm field trip where students learn how food is grown and participate in a fun\, hands-on activity.
