DESCRIPTION:SuSol at Soul Food Farm Christmas Fair \n9 am-3 pm\, Soul Food Farm\, Vacaville \nJoin Sustainable Solano for two cooking demos (with tastings!) at the Christmas Fair hosted by Soul Food Farm and Morningsun Herb Farm. From 11 am – 1 pm\, Lisa Núñez-Hancock will demonstrate steps to make a fuyu persimmon cake\, and a versatile warm citrus and spice drink that can go from a family brunch to a cocktail party.  From 1-3 pm\, Stephanie Oelsligle Jordan will demonstrate a colorful Holiday Slaw that shows off locally grown veggies and fruit from the season\, perfect for any holiday dinner.  Food samples and recipes will be available during the demonstrations.
