Mushroom 101 Cooking Class

Chef Lisa Núñez-Hancock joins SuSol for a hands-on class to discuss health benefits, storage methods, and how to cook with both dried and fresh mushrooms. Participants will make a Mixed Mushroom Risotto for dinner (with optional meat toppings) and also a Dark Chocolate Bark with Dried Fruit & Seeds, perfect for holiday gifts and entertaining!
