Building Healthy Soil & Cover Crops

One of the many benefits of our climate is being able to garden year round. Fall/winter is a great time to garden. Instructor Lori Caldwell will go over some techniques on how to transition to your fall garden to prepare the soil for next season and what edible crops you can grow now. Topics will include soil health in raised beds, sheet mulching for annual vegetables, adding compost, crop rotation and cover crops. Click here to register.
