Chef Megan Smith of Ironwood American Bistro in Suisun City is collaborating with Sustainable Solano for a special cooking class!  Utilizing local, seasonal produce from around Solano County, Chef Megan will engage participants in a fun and educational cooking demo covering roast, sauté, and blanch techniques for vegetables, food safety, kitchen economy, flavor development and knife skills. Attendees will also learn how to prepare a delicious bananas foster pudding.
