(Online) Cooking Class – Cook-Along – Potato Gnocchi

Fluffy, tender gnocchi are a fantastic vehicle for highlighting spring vegetables. Join Laura Doyle of Lavender Bergamot Kitchen in this hands-on Zoom class and cook a tasty, farm-to-table dinner together! Learn how to steam and process the potatoes, tricks for incorporating just enough flour to hold the potatoes together without getting tough or gummy, and simple techniques for shaping the gnocchi. For the topping, you will cook up fresh spring vegetables in a creamy, lemony sauce. Sustainable Solano staff will moderate the event and allow for Q&A throughout the class. If cooking along, participants will need to purchase their own ingredients; a shopping list will be posted here at least 2 weeks before the event.
