Join Chef Lisa Núñez-Hancock as she prepares a savory “market to table” version, packed with spring vegetables. This verdant Dutch Baby is festive and fast, and gets its striking color, freshness, and flavor from the addition of spinach and tender herbs. Chef Lisa will also prepare a refreshing Springtime mocktail/cocktail using seasonal farmer’s market produce. Sustainable Solano staff will moderate the class with an audience Q&A at the end.
