Join the City of Rio Vista, Sustainable Solano and the Rio Vista Youth Air Protectors to help plant trees and expand Rio Vista’s green spaces.

We will be planting trees along Airport Road to purify polluted air and improve the walkability of the street by creating shade, making it more appealing to pedestrians, and mitigating the urban heat island effect.

We will meet at the corner of Airport Road and Palisades Drive at 10am. Parking is available along the road, or in the parking lot next to the airport. Please wear closed-toe shoes, sun protection, bring gloves and a refillable water bottle

Light lunch will be provided.
