Bounty of the County: Teen Cooking Class
11 am-1 pm, Ulatis Community Center, Vacaville

Sustainable Solano, together with Chef Garrison’s Academy, is offering this teens-only cooking class (ages 13-17). Participants will get an introduction to knife skills and utilize basic culinary techniques to turn fresh, seasonal ingredients into a simple lunch of Street Corn Rice Bowls with Chicken, Avocado & Lime Crema, plus Fresh Peach Shortcakes with Homemade Whipped Cream for dessert!
