Join SuSol’s Stephanie Oelsligle Jordan for a live, outdoor cooking demonstration of quick, fresh peach salsa — great as a healthy snack or for summertime gatherings! Chef Steph will talk about different kinds of stone fruit and where to find them in Solano County, and show some basic knife skills. Samples of the local stone fruit will be available to taste, along with recipes for the salsa. Come learn more about our local farmers and the products they offer!
