In this Growing Mushrooms 101 class you will be introduced to the science behind growing these delicious fungi and will walk through the process of setting up a grow bag that could produce about 3-5 pounds of mushrooms. Farmer Mac will show us how to care of the growing body of mycelium, how to harvest, and what to do to receive a second harvest. Participants will take a bag home.
