Hands-On Cooking Class: Trejo’s Tacos
5-7:30 pm, Ulatis Community Center, Vacaville

Every season is taco season. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients from local farms, the Sustainable Solano Local Food team will lead the class through several recipes from Danny Trejo’s 2020 cookbook Trejo’s Tacos. Participants will also learn helpful culinary skills like how to build flavors and when to use dry vs. wet spices.
