(Vallejo) Bounty of the County Cooking Class: Seasonal Spring Feast!

Join Sustainable Solano’s Local Food team for a hands-on class to create a fresh Spring menu including a snap pea salad with Pecorino, chicken with easy lemon parsley sauce, roasted asparagus and seasonal fruit dessert! A brief overview of knife skills will take place, along with cooking techniques and how to source locally from area farms. After cooking, participants will enjoy a shared meal together.
$20 class fee covers instruction, equipment and ingredients. Learn more and register here.
Classes are open to adults of all ages and teens ages 12-17 can attend with a guardian.
