An edible food forest garden is a resilient, low-maintenance perennial ecosystem designed to mimic the layered structure and diverse interactions of a natural woodland. Join designer Scott Dodson as he breaks down the core principles of ecological design, including understanding tree guilds, earthworks and water management, companion planting, and permaculture in practice. We will end with a tour of an established food forest garden built on a steep slope. Then stay to plant in the garden. Learn more and register here
