Learn about sustainable food production and help plant spring vegetables for the already-producing market garden at First Christian Church. First Christian Church grows food for their church and their surrounding communities. Their garden is productive and their garden champions spend a lot of time tending to it. This workday will be held for spring planting, removing winter crops, tending to fruit trees, and other needed maintenance at the First Christian Peace Garden, providing an opportunity to learn about permanent beds and permaculture. Register here!
