Get hands-on in the kitchen learning knife skills, kitchen safety and basic cooking techniques. Teens will prepare a variety of seasonal recipes, including stir-fries, soups, salads, pasta, tacos and more! One day includes a farm field trip where students learn how food is grown and participate in a fun, hands-on activity. Materials are provided.

This camp is led by Chef Stephanie Oelsligle Jordan, SuSol Local Food program manager, and offered through the Greater Vallejo Recreation District.
