Bay Vista HOA

About the Bay Vista HOA Project

Bay Vista HOA in Benicia wanted to transform its lawn in a way that would beautify its common area while reducing water usage.

A lot of consideration went into plant selection for an HOA project. It was important to provide plenty of native species for habitat and food for native insects and birds, while also considering aesthetics as a critical piece of landscapes in common spaces of HOAs.

Learn more about this project below, the particular plants selected and water catchment from the roof downspouts to the in-ground basins that makes the landscape more resilient and builds healthy soil.
