Bounty of the County: Teen Cooking Class
11 am-1 pm, Ulatis Community Center, Vacaville

Open to teens ages 13-17, this class covers basic knife skills, sauteeing, roasting and baking as we make a flavor-packed lunch to enjoy at the end.  We’ll make Chicken & Street Corn Rice Bowls (with cilantro lime rice, seasoned chicken, sautéed peppers & onions, fresh corn & lime crema) plus Fresh Fruit Shortcakes with homemade whipped cream for dessert!  All levels of cooking experience are welcome. $20 fee helps to cover the cost of ingredients, equipment and instruction. Register here.
