Participants in this live, virtual class will learn all about Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). Lorraine Walker, owner of Eatwell Farm in Dixon will join Chef Stephanie Oelsligle Jordan, Sustainable Solano’s Local Food Program Manager, in the kitchen to answer all of your questions. Chef Steph will also demo a quick recipe using her own Eatwell CSA box contents, and discuss some meal planning strategies so nothing goes to waste. Register here and learn more.
