The 2026 Bounty of the County will feature local food, farms, chefs, wine and beer. Join us at one of the immersive hands-on cooking classes to learn where to find and how to prepare delicious, seasonal local food. Then join us for Sustainable Solano’s Bounty of the County dinner and annual fundraiser on June 7!
Bounty of the County Events
Cooking Classes
- Saturday, March 14: St. Patrick’s Day Dinner (Vacaville)
- Thursday, March 19: Knife Skills & Stir Fry (Benicia)
- Thursday, April 23: Seasonal Spring Feast (Vallejo) Get tickets here
- Friday, May 15: Spanish Tapas Party (Fairfield) Get tickets here
All cooking classes are $20 to cover instruction, supplied equipment and food materials. Make the dishes and sit down to a shared meal at the end!
Classes are open to adults of all ages and teens ages 12-17 can attend with a guardian.
Farm-to-Table Events
- June 7: 5-8 pm: Sustainable Solano’s farm-to-table celebration and fundraiser at Soul Food Farm. Enjoy fresh-made, wood-fired pizza topped with locally grown ingredients straight from nearby farms. The event will include local wine and beer and a silent auction. Get tickets here!

Featured Chefs
C4 Leaders
Vacaville
Chef Jeff Christian is the founder of C4 Leaders, a nonprofit organization that uses the pizza-making experience to create learning opportunities. Jeff is a husband, father, registered nurse, basketball coach, podcast host of Life’s Essential Ingredients, and author of two books as guides for team building and leadership training. Jeff worked for the past 33 years as a registered nurse in various settings including: the Trauma Intensive Care Unit at a Level 1 Trauma Center, as a college nurse, lastly, as a nursing professor at Sacramento City College. Most recently, Jeff went into early retirement and he enjoys spending time reading, walking, volunteering for C4 Leaders, learning how to play the guitar, and coaching basketball.
Chef Jeff will be making pizzas topped with Solano-grown produce for Sustainable Solano’s farm-to-table fundraiser June 7.
