Bounty of the County Events
Farmers Market Cooking Demonstrations
- Sept. 23: 11:30 am-1 pm: Vallejo Farmers Market Cooking Demo with Chef Lisa Núñez-Hancock. Free event!
- Sept. 28: 4-6 pm: Fairfield Farmers Market. Chef Stephanie Oelsligle Jordan will offer tastes of seasonal produce and ways to find it in Solano County. Free event!
Farm-to-Table Events
- Sept. 30: 12-2 pm: Ruhstaller hops field and brewery tour with food and beer tasting, including a special menu by Chef Evan Tappan.
- Oct. 7: 5:30 pm: Featured Bounty of the County courses by Chef Joey Jaraba of Two60 Kitchen & Bar, and Chef Alfred Bagos in collaboration with Shelter Inc. at the Vine to Table dinner in Fairfield. Limited tickets for sale!
- Oct. 8: 5:30 pm: Farm-to-table dinner from Chefs Nicole Hodge and Allan Manuel at Provisions in Vallejo. Limited tickets for sale!
- Oct. 11: 6 pm: Seasonal Farm Dinner from Chef Hank Guerrero at Rosemary’s Farm to Fork in Dixon featuring produce from Eatwell Farm, Lockewood Acres and more. Limited tickets for sale!

Ruhstaller Farm/Tapp’s Kitchen
Dixon
Ruhstaller Farm is known for its varieties of beer made with locally grown ingredients, its hops field visible from the interstate, and daily food trucks. For Bounty of the County, the farm is partnering with Chef Evan Tappan of Tapp’s Kitchen to highlight French-American happy hour dishes made with Solano-grown food that pair well with Ruhstaller’s beers.

Two60 Kitchen + Bar
Fairfield
Cordelia’s Two60 Kitchen + Bar features Nouveau California Cuisine heavily influenced by the styles of France, Italy and the Pacific Rim. Executive Chef Joey M. Jaraba Jr., drawing on his background, classical training and award-winning culinary career, blends modern American cuisine with global influences to create a menu deeply rooted in farm-to-table principles.
Chef Joey will be making a course with Solano-grown produce for the annual Fairfield Vine to Table event on Oct. 7. Learn more and get tickets here.

Vallejo
Provisions proudly serves up craft cocktails, hand pulled espresso and elevated comfort food made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients in beautiful downtown Vallejo.
Chef/Owner Nicole Hodge and Chef de Cuisine Allan Manuel will be hosting a Bounty of the County Farm-to-Table dinner featuring Solano County produce and wines on Oct. 8. Learn more and get tickets here.

Rosemary’s focuses on nutrient-dense, paleo-inspired cuisine, sourcing from local farms for its seasonal menu. Chef Hank Guerrero is passionate about elevated comfort food made with real, organic, local ingredients.
